Where do you ship?

We currently ship to customers in the United States and United Kingdom.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $3 per order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders typically arrive within 7–10 days after dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your Jersey Tote on the way to you.

How long does it take for tracking to update?

Tracking information can sometimes take 24–48 hours to show its first update after your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Occasional carrier or customs delays can happen. If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

What should I do if my order says delivered but I can’t find it?

Please first check around your delivery location and with anyone else at the address who may have accepted the parcel. If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking number and then reach out to us if you need further assistance.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. She Knows Ball offers a 30-day return period. Please contact us within the return window if you would like help with a return.
